Men’s fashions this summer have gone out of control with color. Pick up any magazine and you will notice that men’s fashions are way more colorful this summer than in previous seasons. Whether it is Hugo Boss, Salvatore Ferragamo, Paul Smith, or even the design team at H&M, men’s fashions are outrageous.
Strong corals, blues and yellows dominate as designers pair these with similar tones and shades. Not like in the 1980’s when you paired complimentary colors, this summer if you are wearing a bright blue blazer, you are going to pair it with something green or purple. The theme is pairing colors that are adjacent to each other on the color wheel.
When you consider your wardrobe this season, keep this in mind. Have fun and enjoy because this trend will undoubtedly come and go in the blink on an eye.
